Our purpose built house allows us to take learning to a new level and gives our delegates the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience with mock Legionella hazards.

Bob Harris, Technical Director of AEC, who has over 37 years’ industry experience in environmental consulting will be leading the seminar and will develop your knowledge on:

What Legionella is and where it can be found
Your legal duties under ACoP(L8) regulations and the Health & Safety Executive HSG 274
Legionella risk assessments - what is expected of you
How to manage Legionella in your properties
Using different zones within Hazard House we will demonstrate the risks associated with a variety of water systems, show how bacteria can get into a system and how you control the risks once you have identified them.

Our practical seminars provide real life examples and equip our delegates with knowledge that can be directly applied.
