COVID-19: What we’re doing to help keep customers and staff safe

We wanted to update you on the steps AEC are taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19.

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and staff members.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:

  • Educating our staff on prevention with regular meetings and email communication
  • Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
  • Cleaning high contact points more frequently and disposing of rubbish more regularly
  • Providing hand sanitizer in all AEC buildings
  • Putting in place a robust communication process for anyone feeling unwell
  • Site staff have been issued with a pack of sanitizer, towels and soap
  • Providing webex video conference options for those clients who wish to reduce internal staff travel
  • Further review of our business continuity plans to support remote working if the need arises

In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual. We will continue to keep in touch with you and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully.

If there is anything you wish to share with us in terms of your business requirements whilst we adapt to this changing situation, please get in touch using the details below.
