AEC wins two year asbestos consultancy contract with Salix Homes

Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd (AEC) are proud to be working in partnership with Salix Homes for the provision of asbestos consultancy over the next two years.

Salix Homes Ltd is an award-winning social housing provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is a not for profit organisation owning around 8,000 properties. The properties range from high rise tower blocks, medium and low-rise apartment blocks, traditional terraced streets, large housing estates, and sheltered accommodation complexes.

Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd, who have over 23 years’ experience in asbestos consultancy, will provide Salix Homes with a wide range of services that include:

  • Asbestos surveys supporting investment and management programmes
  • Data management surveys
  • Consultancy
  • Air monitoring
  • Dedicated project delivery team ensuring safety working practices at all times
  • Laboratory services

Airborne Environmental Consultants are committed to providing excellent customer service in addition to a robust delivery of service to Salix Homes and its residents, providing value for money and ensuring compliance across the property portfolio.
