AEC are delighted to have been awarded a place on the NHS Shared Business Services Soft Facilities Management, Asset Compliance and Security Services Framework for the provision of Asbestos Management Services. The framework will run for an initial 2-year period with the potential for an additional 2-year extension.

AEC has extensive experience within the provision of asbestos consultancy services on behalf of a diverse range of healthcare providers including Primary Care Trusts, District Hospitals and major General City Hospitals and notably currently work with over 12 healthcare providers across the UK.

We have successfully supplied services to both the NHS and private healthcare providers since 2002 and as such have extensive experience of both anticipating and resolving the various challenges associated with undertaking asbestos consultancy within live, operating healthcare environments.

Through Lot2.1 (Asbestos Management Services) of the SBS framework, AEC are able to support NHS trusts and public sector buyers with a range of asbestos services including; -

Air sampling/monitoring
Refurbishment/demolition survey
Audit and Re-Inspection
Asbestos Management Plan
Training
Database and Reporting
Advisory Role
Arrangement of removal or encapsulation
