Submission of Report:

Candidates are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient knowledge with respect to the duty holder's requirements and either produce an asbestos management plan or a report compiled from a critical review of an asbestos management plan.

A copy of the report must be submitted to BOHS within twelve months.

Who is this course suitable for?

  • A duty holder.
  • A provider of duty holder services (e.g. those responsible for maintaining or repair works of building premises).
  • Responsible for writing or auditing asbestos management plans.

Course Timing

Duration: 3 days

Start time: 9am on course day, 2pm on exam day

Finish time: Approximately 4pm

Written Exam: 40 questions, 2 hours
